Dies this auto focus?
I have this camera. Takes pretty good pictures, but the video shooting sucks… It just doesn’t focus!

Thx. for the review. I had older Canon model several years ago till it broke on me it was refurbish model. I decided to purchase the 1300is last Christmas for 109 at Best buy. I see going on sale now in March 2011 for the same price. I love it so far. I see memory going a San Disk 4gb sdhc for 9.99. would you recommend this?

I just bought this camera from online, I was wondering how good the video was! Do they turn out blurry if you’re zooming as you take the video? Can you even zoom during the video? Do you know if there is a time limit to how long the video can be? Nice review, thanks!
Yes, I just got this camera and it does focus if you hold the take picture button halfway and it’ll focus, yes you zoom before you take the video.
Does this camera focus and allows you to zoom while taking videos?
great post homie…. great camera. the only drawback on this camera i can think of is it does not have intermal memory- meaning ( u must have a card in it at all times).. not much of a deal breaker, but come on -canon could have put internal memory.

Best Buy does not negotiate prices. They may give you a few dollars off if you bundle a package of things together. But there’s no way you haggled $40 off. Whoever started this bestbuy i negotiated to be cool fad is an imbecile
costco has the same camera and it comes with a 2gb flash card. i just picked one up myself
