  2. Desire HD had super lcd not lcd. Desire HD had qualcomm 8255 with adreno 205, 768mb ram, 1.5gb rom. Old desire:qualcomm 8250 with adreno 200 and 576 mb ram, 512 rom. This is old SoC.

    And the desire has a better screen than the HD because the HD is a lcd screen and the desire is amoled
    but to think about it the only difference is the design

  10. The main benefit to the HD version is larger internal storage and the original Desires internal storage was abysmal.

    What they don’t tell you in stores is that you’ll never see that full amount of storage — the majority will be eaten up by apps deemed necessary from the celluar company and phone developer.

    There are still many applications that either can’t or won’t run on an SD card.

  11. Makes me wonder WHY they’d choose to do that. Does an amoled screen weigh more than an LCD one? Lightening the phone even further might’ve been one of their goals and I could see them doing this if amoled is heavier.

  13. Actually the screen on the Desire is better than on the HD since it has an Amoled and the HD only has an LCD.

  17. Htc Desire is Cheaper and Average Quality so go for the desire …Hd is so expensive if u can afford Htc desire Hd then Buy samsung Galaxy S II instead of. Htc desire Hd…

  19. I need someones help haha, just got my HTC Desire HD but I have one question tho. When I take a picture and check the gallery the picture is always turned on the side.
    So if i take the picture holding my cellphone like this: |_|
    The picture ends up in the gallery like this:

  21. you know you can do something with the battery, take off some off the stuff your not using, gives you more percentage

  23. @gagamel234 desire hd, it has HD Photographs, a phone you cant loose and really fast when opening apps up. Perfect htc phone.
