  18. I love my d90 but i hate the fact that it records video so yeah i agree with you on the video function i think it’s useless as well. The d3s costs about the same i know, i live in saudi arabia and here it costs 21000SR which is 252974.83 Peso’s now thats body alone, here, the 1ds mark 3 is 32000SR which is 385485.46 Peso’s
    body alone. Now add lenses and stand’s and speedlites to the that.

  19. i would love to, i just don’t have enough money for it. it’s as expensive as a compact car, at least in my place here. a D90! cool! my friend has one, and she’s good with it. she’s having fun doing videos with different lenses. i am not a fan of video-DSLR functions though. i already have a compact camcorder years before i got my 50d.

  20. if i was you i would get a 1 Ds mark III and get used to the camera i’m going to do the same with the d3s God Willing, i have a d90 and well i’ve surpassed it’s capabilities.

  21. yeah, no problem there!! i have not tested the mark 4, only the 1Dmark 3 and the 1Ds mark 3, as they were displayed and available for testing at the recent photoworld asia here in the philippines. the mark 3 was great! it fits my style as an action photo guy, not to mention fits my hand perfectly. but way beyond my capabilities both in skill and finance. its a pro camera, im just an intermediate. i own a canon 50d.

  23. i am a canon guy, but i take my hats off for nikon, very awesome set of cameras and optics… and nikon has more history behind it name. if you look it up, nikon has so many innovations through the years.. real awesome.

  25. yeah man, that is pretty ignorant. you don’t really see how inferior a point and shoot is until you’re standing next to one of these big boys.

    at 3 megapixels is all this camera need to wipe the floor with any point and shoot
