When you do the light graffiti, does the slow shutter speed and how many shots it will take, is that only for a canon camera, or with any camera of that type?

How did you do the 365 the end with no people moving the torches?
30s at pitch dark and at the end a strong flash to cover where the people have been?
Cant see the aperture and iso settings…picture is all blur
